TERMS & CONDITIONS
A legal disclaimer
The following terms and conditions apply unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing:
“CPT, LLC” Performance Promise
“CPT, LLC '' Airport Shuttle Service
“CPT, LLC” will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that the service is provided as booked. “CPT, LLC”) provides a reasonable rate for airport pick-ups and drop-offs to or from (RDU, CLT, FAY, GSO AND SOP ETC). The airport transfer rate is based upon a pick-up and drop-off without any associated delay or waiting time exceeding thirty (30) minutes. The “CPT, LLC” vehicle is dispatched according to the flight’s estimated time of arrival as provided to “CPT, LLC” by the respective airline’s automated system. “CPT, LLC” is not responsible for delays caused by the airline’s automated system. In the event of airline delays exceeding thirty (30) minutes billing shall revert to the prevailing hourly rate.
“CPT, LLC” will not be liable for any loss or costs the client incurs due to unavoidable delays. The client is responsible to book the “CPT, LLC” service in time. “CPT, LLC” will not be responsible for any loss the client incurs (including missed meetings or flights) due to the client’s failure to allow sufficient time for the passenger’s travel.
Passenger Restraint System
Vehicles provided by “CPT, LLC” are equipped with seatbelts and it is the passenger’s exclusive responsibility to ensure they are worn at all times while in the vehicle. “CPT, LLC” accepts no liability for loss, damage, death, or bodily injury that can be attributed to a passenger’s failure to wear a seatbelt or other restraint device that was available for their use and in working order. When infants are traveling it is the exclusive responsibility of the accompanying parent, guardian, or caregiver to ensure that the infant is protected by an appropriate restraint system for the child’s age and size.
Passenger Conduct
“CPT, LLC” reserves the right to refuse to transport people who are under the influence and/or in possession of illegal drugs, those excessively intoxicated, in the possession of firearms or dangerous substances of any kind, those who are or are likely to become objectionable to other people or those causing the chauffeur to feel threatened in any way. Under no circumstances are minors allowed to consume or possess alcohol or illegal substances while in a “CPT, LLC” vehicle. The client shall not interfere with the chauffeur in the discharge of his/her duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle. In such instances, services will be terminated immediately, and no refunds will be offered.
Excessive Cleaning and Damage
If during or after the transportation service, “CPT, LLC” is required to expend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle, due to acts of the client or any passenger, (i.e. spilling food, drinks, vomiting, prohibited smoking, excessive trash), “CPT, LLC”, at their discretion, will charge the client additional fees to cover such expense. Damage to the vehicle in any way, caused by the actions of the client or any passenger will be charged in full to the client. The minimum clean-up fee is $500.00.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking in “CPT, LLC “vehicles is strictly prohibited. Smoking in the vehicle by the client or a passenger will result in an automatic $500.00 charge. Damage caused by smoking activity will also be charged to the client.
Termination
We retain the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever, if you breach the Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, your right to use the(“CPT, LLC”) Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using (CPT, LLC) services.
All provisions of the Terms and Conditions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination including without limitation, ownership provision, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations or liability.
Changes
We reserve the right at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a version results in material change we will try to provide at least 30 day’s notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined by ‘CPT, LLC’.
By continuing to access or use our “CPT, LLC’” Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms and Conditions, please stop using Carolina Pines Transportation and Limousine Services.
Point to Point Transfer
“CPT, LLC” provides point to point transfer rates for local pick-ups and drop-offs within the Sandhills area. Wait time beyond a fifteen (15) minute ‘grace’ period, as well as extra stops or indirect routing are charged additionally or, charges may revert to the hourly rate.
Hourly Service
“CPT, LLC” provides an hourly rate for all other services based on a three (3) hour minimum charge. Hourly or “As Directed” services allow for multiple stops and wait time(s) as directed by the client. The vehicle will stay with the client or at their stop locations (as parking availability permits) for the entire rental time. Travel time may be charged on a “place-to-place” basis and is made a part of the respective three hour minimum.
Limitations
“CPT, LLC” will not be liable for any loss or costs the client incurs due to unavoidable delays. The client is responsible to book the “CPT, LLC” service in time. “CPT, LLC” will not be responsible for any loss the client incurs (including missed meetings or flights) due to the client’s failure to allow sufficient time for the passenger’s travel.
“CPT, LLC” cannot assume responsibility for the handling or maintenance of any other property, nor for any property left in the vehicle. “CPT, LLC” will do everything possible to secure and retrieve any belonging left in the vehicle.
Methods of Payment
Total charges incurred are billed to the client’s credit card unless invoice arrangements have been made in advance or there is an existing corporate billing account. “CPT, LLC” accepts CASH, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Checks may also be accepted subject to an authorized credit card guarantee and identity validation for security purposes. Checks are required prior to the requested service date in order to clear before service is rendered. New and one-time clients will be required to present their credit card for imprinting. Additional ID verification may also be necessary.
Staffing Accommodations
On occasions that require overnight travel for Chauffeurs, lodging and meals should be arranged and provided for by the client.
No Shows
If you do not see your chauffeur, please call our office immediately at (910) 690-0526 to avoid the full charge “no-show” fee. “CPT, LLC” fee generally includes the standard transport charge (STC) and a 20% chauffeur gratuity. However, the gratuity amount is 100% at the client’s discretion. Any airport “no-show” will be charged for the STC, wait time, and 20% gratuity. For Hourly or Directed Services a fee equal to three (3) hours of service including STC, and 20% gratuity will be charged when the client does not show at the pre-arranged pick-up location.
Cancellation and Changes
“CPT,LLC” understands that cancellations and changes are sometimes necessary and unavoidable; below are the “CPT,LLC” cancellation and change policy:
For Airport, fixed price transfer, or direct service, if cancellation is made 48 hours in advance 50% of the fee will be refunded. For any cancellation made inside 48 hours the full fee will be forfeited.

Your use of Carolina Pines Transportation and Limousine Service is at your sole risk. “CPT, LLC” is provided on an ‘’AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The “CPT,LLC” service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Your access to and use of the service is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with the Terms and Conditions applied to guest, visitors, users, and others who access or use the Carolina Pines Transportation and Limousine Service.
